The main activity of the certification body of LLC Sifat Kafolati Sertifikati is the certification of products manufactured in Uzbekistan or imported products in accordance with the stated scope of accreditation, in order to create conditions for providing the population with high-quality and safe products.
The management and all employees of the certification body consider as their goal the high-quality execution of work on all applications for certification in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documents of the National Certification System. To achieve this, the certification body has developed and implemented a quality management system, as required by the standards of O‘z DSt ISO / IEC 17065: 2015 and O’z DSt ISO 9001: 2015.
In its activities, the certification body is focused on:
- ensuring constantly high competence of staff;
- performance of certification works on time, with high quality and at an affordable price;
- guaranteeing applicants respect for the impartiality, reliability of certification results and confidentiality of information;
- continuous improvement of the quality management system to satisfy the requests of applicants and other interested certification participants.
The management of the certification body undertakes to regularly analyze the results in the field of quality and create conditions for the continuous improvement of the existing quality management system by:
- taking into account the needs and interests of our customers;
- permanent identification of weak points in our activity to prevent mistakes;
- ensure the traceability of all work on the certification of products;
- updating product certification procedures to meet current requirements;
- ensuring the confidentiality of information about all the work carried out in the course of product certification.
